An ABS Module Build-Up Table holds the ABS Module in a fixed position while three separate tubing lines are located and fastened into a predetermined location.

The Running Board Build-Up Table was built for the off-line assembly of brackets to the running board of a SUV. A running board bracket sub-assembly is a six spindle, semi-automatic tool used to tighten the bolts of the brackets to the running board. When the tool makes contact with the bolt heads, the six tools activate and tighten the bolts. The tool then automatically raises allowing the operator to move the sub-assembly with a running board lift assist tool.
